Terms and Conditions

Spanish Coast Properties’ Referral Program

  1. Spanish Coast Properties will pay a referral commission of 1% on any introduction that leads to a sale on a new build property and 0.5% for an introduction on a resale property.

  2. For example – New build referral – sale price of 300.000€ = 3,000€ commission. For example – Resale referral – sale price of 300,000€ = 1,500€ commission.

  3. Please note that on any collaboration sales, the commission rate is reduced by 50%.

  4. The buyer can also be the introducer. If the buyer introduces themselves, they must fill in their own details twice – once as the introducer and once as the potential client.

  5. The promoter (Spanish Coast Properties) cannot be the introducer.

  6. Payments will be made to the introducer once Spanish Coast Properties receives the monies from the vendor.

  7. A 15% business tax will be paid to Spanish Authorities on all introducer transactions. The personal tax declarations remain the responsibility of the introducer.

  8. Any issues arising from performance, resolution, or interpretation of this referral program shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Orihuela.

  9. To participate in this promotion, Spanish Coast Properties will require a copy of the introducer’s passport and national insurance number as proof of identity.

  10. All prices mentioned above are starting prices for the properties, and actual sale prices may differ based on the buyer’s individual specifications.

  11. To qualify for the referral commission, the client or potential client must not be known to Spanish Coast Properties already. A person already on Spanish Coast Properties’ database does not qualify.

  12. Claims for the referral commission can only be made via the promotional referral form prior to any property viewings.

  13. Claims for the referral commission must be made before any negotiations or agreements between the client and Spanish Coast Properties.

  14. The Refer a Friend scheme is aimed at new introductions only.

  15. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Spanish Coast Properties’ representation is final.
