THIS SERVICE COVERS THE FOLLOWING
- Airing the property (opening windows and doors)
- Flushing the toilets
- Running the taps
- Checking for any damp or mould (visual only – no furniture will be moved)
- Checking electricity, water and gas (visual/smell only)
- Checking for any visual signs of break-in or damage
- Report back to clients with any issues
- Arrange minor repairs to be carried out by local tradesmen
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 sets of keys
- All necessary instruction manuals
- Copy of insurance documents to include Public Liability
- Instructions on how to operate any equipment; i.e. TV/SAT, Air Con/Heating, Washing machine etc.
- Owner’s bank account details
- Owner’s contact details
- Copy of community rules
